Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of credit union or financial institution experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completion of Teller Supervisor and Basics of Products and services training with IMCU.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process all member and non-member transactions.
• Research member questions and respond with accurate information.
• Open and close all types of accounts following policy and regulations.
• Assist with advanced account maintenance and problem solving.
• Process debit cards and handle disputes and fraud.
• Process stop payments and print statements.
• Cross-sell IMCU products and services.
• Provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills under pressure.
