Job summary

Indiana Members Credit Union is seeking a Teller to serve as the primary contact for members, handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and discretion. The Teller will balance cash daily, handle various account tasks, and support branch operations while delivering excellent member service within a Retail branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, and money orders.
• Open and close accounts; create ordering of ATM/Debit cards; print statements and histories.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain cash handling security; assist with night/ATM deposits.
• Communicate with back-office departments and handle member inquiries and requests.
