Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide universal support for members across financial services and accounts. The role requires strong customer service, sales aptitude, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include staying updated on policy changes, training colleagues, and safeguarding member information while delivering high-quality service at the Plymouth corporate office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related financial or customer services experience, preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience with computer systems; MS Office experience preferred.
• Math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of all operational and technical facets of the credit union and its services.
• Provides universal support for members and resolves inquiries and issues.
• Leads, trains and supports co-workers and staff in technical and operational areas.
• Exercises independent judgment while safeguarding member information and maintaining professionalism.
