Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide universal member support across departments and services. The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, plus the ability to handle inquiries professionally and securely.

The position is full-time at our Plymouth Corporate Office, with hours Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00am–1:00pm. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.50 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related financial or customer services experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience in computer systems with MS Office experience preferred.
• Math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player being flexible and dependable.
• Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision making skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
• General knowledge and experience working with mobile devices and their operating systems.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all operational and technical facets of the credit union and its services to effectively serve members.
• Provide universal support for member inquiries, concerns and issues.
• Offer leadership, training and support to coworkers and staff.
• Safeguard member information and maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment.
