Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Service Specialist to deliver high-level support across channels and resolve complex member needs, including digital banking issues. This Plymouth-based role requires strong communication, teamwork and professional service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in financial services, with proficiency in MS Office and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in financial services or roles with strong communication and technical skills.
• Experience with mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience using MS Office.
• Good math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
• Team player with independence and initiative.
• Maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and related checks.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide universal member support across channels (phone, chat, email).
• Resolve complex member needs including digital banking issues in a call center setting.
