We're Hiring: Member Service Representative (Remote)

Location: North Richland Hills, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time Contract to Hire | Work-from-Home | Competitive Pay + Benefits

About the Role:

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our organization—helping members with questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions. You’ll be part of a collaborative, remote-first team that values empathy, communication, and continuous growth.

What You'll Do:

  1. Provide exceptional support to members and potential members.
  2. Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and guide members through our services.
  3. Provide information regarding Client's products and services.
  4. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
  5. Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset to every interaction.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Willingness to help others and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week (must have a 6-day availability to work).
  • Multiple shift times available (start times between 9AM - 11AM CST).
  • Monday - Saturday or Sunday - Friday schedule (one fixed day off and one rotating day off).
  • Must have 9.5 hours of flexibility to work.
  • Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $19.50 per hour.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, hospital coverage, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance, and PTO. Eligibility depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits are subject to change.
