• Cross-sell products and services: Educate members on Trumark’s offerings and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.
• Resolve member issues: Address concerns and find effective resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain operational excellence: Ensure cash drawers are balanced, transactions are completed efficiently, and records are kept organized.
