Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Ohio (Hilliard) is seeking a front desk agent to join our team. You will greet members, answer questions, and drive membership sales in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Responsibilities include member check-ins, scheduling appointments, tours for prospects, and maintaining accurate records. A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to engage with members are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
