Crunch Fitness in Michigan is seeking a friendly front desk agent for part-time hours. You will greet members, assist with check-in, and drive membership sales while providing excellent service.

The role includes evening and morning shifts with in-person work at the club location and opportunities for growth within the team. The position emphasizes creating a positive, inclusive environment, building member relationships, and maintaining accurate records in the club systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk roles preferred.
• Ability to generate appointments and conduct gym tours.
• Knowledge of membership services and gym equipment to answer questions.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
