Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a proactive front desk agent to join our Michigan market. You will welcome members, answer questions, and drive membership sign-ups while representing a positive, inclusive gym culture.

Responsibilities include generating appointments, giving gym tours, and maintaining accurate records in our master systems. A focus on service excellence and upselling memberships will help grow the Crunch Fitness community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, professional front-desk service.
• Ability to generate appointments and handle inquiries with tact.
• Proven ability to enroll members and close memberships.
• Knowledge of gym services/equipment to answer questions and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, presentations, demos, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects and conduct gym tours to enroll members.
• Be knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment to inform members.
• Continuously promote membership services during sales pitches.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness systems and logs.
• Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
