Crunch Fitness Michigan is seeking an energetic front desk agent to warmly welcome members, answer questions, and provide top-notch service at the check-in desk.

You will generate appointments, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects into memberships, while maintaining accurate records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems and staying informed about services and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
