Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Columbus seeks a friendly front desk agent to greet members, answer questions, and help create a welcoming atmosphere at the desk.

You will generate memberships, conduct gym tours for prospects, and enroll new members while representing the Crunch Fitness brand with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Ability to generate gym memberships and referrals.
• Knowledgeable about membership services and gym equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to inform members and answer questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
