The Member Service Representative will be responsible for educating members, employer groups, brokers, and prospective members on the proper utilization of the Plan. The role involves resolving service issues, addressing complaints, and advising customers on their rights and responsibilities. The representative will collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Enrollment, Pharmacy, Provider Services, and Claims Operations to resolve inquiries, review eligibility, provide rates, assist with enrollments, and handle multiple product lines through system updates and communication via telephone and correspondence.
This is a remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $20.00/hour, with shifts available from 9:30 am to 6 pm or 11:30 am to 8 pm. CDPHP provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and flexible work arrangements. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with potential for incentives and overtime.
