Full-Time - PAT Member Service Representative I - NE Philadelphia

Join us at American Heritage Credit Union as a Full-Time PAT Member Service Representative I in NE Philadelphia.

Position Details

This is a virtual representative position based at our main campus in Northeast Philadelphia. The role involves routine member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing via the Personal-interactive teller unit.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve members by providing service and information in a pleasant, efficient manner via PTM/ITM.
  2. Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members.
  3. Perform routine transactions including cash/check deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  4. Review accounts and analyze member questions/problems to meet their financial needs.
Qualifications
  • Prior cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Previous credit union/banking experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work Contact Center hours: Monday-Friday 7:55 a.m. - 7:05 p.m. & Saturday 8:55 a.m. - 3:05 p.m. (hours subject to change).
Compensation and Benefits

Base pay ranges from $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with a generous company match, and a friendly, environmentally conscious work environment.
