Job summary

Members1st Community Credit Union in Ames, IA is seeking a Part-time Member Services Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service to members and guests. You will process inquiries, updates, and sign-ups while maintaining data integrity and compliance in person.

• Alerts loan officers to loan payoffs.
• Handle cash management and cashiering duties.
• Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry.
• Perform basic retail math calculations.
