FAIRWINDS Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in our Orange City branch. You will greet members, handle routine teller transactions, educate customers on FAIRWINDS products and digital tools, and assist with account questions while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Educate members on FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking.
• Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Assist members with account questions and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude during interactions.
• Balance and maintain standards for all transactions and ensure compliance.
• Refer members to lending, account services, or investment solutions as appropriate.
• Maintain and organize teller station and branch environment.
• Participate in coaching to build product knowledge and service skills.
