Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Comfortable handling cash and using banking technology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn FAIRWINDS products and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate members on FAIRWINDS products and digital tools (mobile/online banking).
• Assist members with account questions and service issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain balancing standards and branch compliance for transactions.
• Support branch goals by referring members to lending, accounts, or investments.
• Keep teller station and branch environment organized.
• Participate in coaching to build product knowledge and service skills.
