Trumark Credit Union in Levittown seeks a Member Service Representative II- Floating to join our team. You will interact with members across multiple locations, provide exceptional service, and identify their financial needs.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for training and advancement, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision and a 401(k) match. You will also support teller functions and assist with loan processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of branch or financial institution experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to provide extraordinary service and identify financial needs.
• Promote Trumark’s products and programs to offer tailored solutions.
• Handle loan processes, complete applications, and assist with settlements as needed.
• Demonstrate digital banking tools and support branch operations, including teller duties.
