Job summary

TruMark Financial Credit Union in Levittown, PA is seeking a Member Service Representative II- Floating to join our Levittown Branch. This full-time, on-site role supports members' financial journeys by delivering outstanding service and promoting our banking solutions.

You will handle teller duties, assist with loan processes, demonstrate digital tools, and participate in branch support as needed. The position requires at least 1 year of branch experience and a high school diploma;

• High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education preferred.
• At least 1 year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members: Provide excellent service and identify financial needs.
• Promote Trumark’s products, services, and programs to offer tailored solutions.
• Handle loan processes: Complete loan applications, process requests (excluding Home Equity and Mortgage), assist with settlements.
• Leverage technology: Demonstrate mobile and digital banking tools to enhance member experiences.
• Support the branch: Perform teller functions, resolve escalated issues, assist as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of banking products and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or other shifts as needed.
