JetStream Federal Credit Union in Miami Lakes, FL seeks a full-time Member Service Rep Specialist. The MSR II assists members with account transactions, opens new accounts, inputs loan applications, and uncovers sales opportunities, serving as a resource for resolving servicing issues.

Requirements include 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills. On-site role in a fast-paced credit union environment.

• Provide outstanding member experience with a member-first attitude.
• Accurately process transactions and balance the cash drawer.
• Service deposits, loans, and new accounts; input applications.
• Identify and discuss product benefits; refer to the relationship team.
• Meet deposits, loans, and referrals targets; support branch growth.
