ADP, Inc. is seeking a Member Service Rep Specialist at our Miami Lakes, FL location. This full-time role supports members with account transactions, opens new accounts, and identifies sales opportunities through conversations about financial needs.

The MSR II Specialist acts as a resource for resolving servicing issues and works with the sales team to promote products and referrals to the branch relationship management team.

Qualifications

• Experience 2+ years of similar or related experience required.
• A high school education or GED, 2-year degree (Preferred)
• Interpersonal skills: confidential, diplomatic communication, relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member experience with a member-first attitude.
• Process financial transactions, manage cash drawer, balance as required.
• Service deposits and loans, process new accounts.
• Advise members on products and services, identify needs and referrals.
• Meet personal goals in deposits, loans, and referrals; support branch growth.
• Comply with regulations and policies; maintain security.
