Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate members on financial wellness.
• Identify opportunities to match products and services to member needs.
• Provide leadership support within the branch and assist teammates.
• Ask clarifying questions to understand member needs and guide loan transactions.
• Perform loan calculations including interest and fees.
• Collect and verify documentation for smooth loan processing.
• Explain features of accounts, IRAs, HELOCs, debt and GAP protection, and second mortgages.
• Collaborate to achieve branch goals and maintain compliance with policies.
