Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Planet Fitness franchise in Norristown, PA. The role offers a starting wage of $12 per hour with a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm shift, and hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversaries.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to greet members and respond to questions clearly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
