Qualifications

• College junior or equivalent pursuing relevant studies.
• Professional presence with a polished appearance.

• Track record of meeting goals or targets.
• Comfort with using multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Learn about individual sales goals and assist with products.
• Identify referral opportunities under supervision.
• Shadow and assist with opening new accounts and loans.
• Demonstrate Online Banking and Bill Payer to members.
• Support debit, payroll direct deposit, and processing under supervision.
• Assist with collecting documentation for loan applications.
• Observe loan processes and documentation procedures.
• Use CRMs for documentation and follow-up.
