You will learn to assist with accounts, loans, and credit union products while delivering service that exceeds member expectations.

Qualifications

• College junior or equivalent seeking internship in banking/credit union.
• Demonstrated client service orientation and ability to handle questions professionally.
• Willingness to learn about credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Learn about individual sales goals and assist with credit union products and services.
• Identify referral opportunities under supervision and provide timely member follow-up.
• Open new accounts and assist with loan processes under guidance.
• Demonstrate Online Banking and Bill Payer features to members.
• Support loan applications by gathering necessary documentation and learning requirements.
