Job summary

Dort Financial Credit Union in North Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide frontline member services, help members select products, and build lasting relationships.

You'll interview loan applicants, assist with teller and cash services, review credit reports for opportunities, and coach members on credit scores while delivering friendly, accurate service every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen member relationships by matching needs with our products and services.
• Interview loan applicants and enroll new members.
• Review and suggest improvements for loans by reviewing loan applications and credit reports.
• Assist with loan, cash, and teller services.
• Offer credit score coaching to help members save money.
• Provide basic financial counseling to boost members' money management knowledge.
