Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by evaluating assets, liabilities, and credit experiences, and guide members through loan procedures.
• Clearly communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, and required documentation to ensure members feel informed and confident.
• Cross-sell additional credit union services and provide expert advice to enhance members’ financial well-being.
• Process a range of financial services, including membership applications, checking accounts, IRAs, and more.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain high compliance standards.
