Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging loan interviews and gather essential credit history.
• Assess loan applications by evaluating assets, liabilities, and credit experiences.
• Clearly communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, and required documentation.
• Cross-sell additional credit union services and provide expert advice.
• Process membership applications, checking accounts, IRAs, and more.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
