Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with members.
• Able to type, use computer and credit union software.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; posts transactions accurately and maintains confidentiality.
• Reviews member accounts to refer credit union products and services and completes cross-sales.
• Assists with reconciling daily transactions and cash recyclers; assists with the vault as needed.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning credit union services; directs to appropriate departments for information.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory programs (BSA/AML, OFAC, CIP) and performs other duties as assigned.
