Qualifications

• Proficient with PC and office equipment; basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with product/service needs and cross-sell offerings.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers; maintain records.
• Review loan applications and documentation to determine credit decisions.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and KYC requirements.
• Support branch operations and member care center as needed.
