Responsibilities

• Process routine member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) accurately.
• Refer credit union products and services to meet members' financial goals.
• Assist with daily balancing and reconcile cash and transactions.
• Greet members and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations.
