Qualifications

• Process a wide variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Identify members' needs and recommend solutions to improve their financial well-being.
• Educate members on self-serve tech such as mobile/online banking and ITM services.
• Maintain records and perform branch tasks like end-of-day balancing and night drop.
• Refer members to partners for investments, mortgage, or lending services.

Responsibilities
