Maine Savings Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Center Analyst to provide first-call resolution for member needs, including transactions, account inquiries, and digital banking support.

You'll develop knowledge of products and services, support members across multiple channels, and deliver excellent service in a call-center environment. Weekend hours and a possible hybrid work arrangement are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in financial services remote customer support preferred.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with transactions and inquiries via multiple channels.
• Develop knowledge of products, services and systems to resolve member issues.
