Job summary

ABNB Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member Service Representative to assist members with accounts, transactions, and inquiries in a friendly, professional branch setting.

You will open and close accounts, process deposits and loan payments, respond to questions, and direct members to the appropriate person or department. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential; a high school diploma and 1–3 years of similar experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in similar or related role.
• Skills: PC proficiency, time management, MS Office/Outlook/SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities

• Presents and explains Credit Union products and services to members and potential members.
• Performs routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and card issues.
• Opens and closes accounts and maintains files with necessary signatures and documents.
• Answers questions and resolves problems by listening and identifying solutions.
• Maintains a professional and courteous attitude with coworkers, members, management, and vendors.
• Supports other branch locations and the Contact Center as needed.
• Follows safety and security rules and participates in training and education.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
