ABNB Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative to assist members with all credit union needs and to process financial transactions efficiently. You will explain services, set up new accounts, and respond to issues across in-branch, phone, and email channels.

We seek candidates with 1–3 years of similar experience, strong PC and MS Office/SharePoint skills, and solid time management. This role is office-based in North Carolina with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of similar experience.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to use MS Office/SharePoint.
