Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months financial institution or cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Excellent interpersonal and member/customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Proficient in Symitar for posting teller transactions and account inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Represents the credit union to members in person, by mail or by phone with courteous, professional service.
• Gives prompt, efficient, and accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; balances cash to daily vouchers.
• Provides basic information on Loans and Shares products and existing accounts.
• Under supervision, contacts members regarding deposits, loans and other products.
• Inputs comments and records member activity in the Sy napsys MRM; supports PSO referrals.
• Follows Apple FCU Security Policy, CTR and SAR reporting; escalates questionable transactions.
