Park City Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative for our Rhinelander location, with initial training in Merrill. You will warmly welcome members and handle everyday financial transactions with accuracy and a friendly attitude.

The role emphasizes cash handling, transaction accuracy, and identifying member needs to connect them with Credit Union products and services while upholding privacy and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of teller, member service, financial institution, or related cash handling experience preferred.
• Courteous, professional, and positive member service attitude.
• Cash handling experience, basic math skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately process transactions and balance daily work in accordance with established procedures.
• Ability and enthusiasm to promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and member service skills.
• Ability to handle member questions and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to use computer software and technology to assist members.
• Commitment to teamwork, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect member, employee, and Credit Union information.
• Ability to work normal business hours, with weekend availability as needed.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift or move up to 60 pounds of coin or office supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Balance daily work and maintain accurate records.
• Support branch operations and protect confidential information.
• Identify member needs and connect members with Credit Union products, services, and financial solutions.
• Create a welcoming experience and build long-term member relationships.
