Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of teller, member service, financial institution, or cash handling experience preferred.
• Courteous, professional, and positive member service attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing and other routine transactions with accuracy.
• Balance daily work and maintain accurate records.
• Support branch operations and protect confidential member and Credit Union information.
• Create a welcoming experience and build long-term member relationships.
• Assist members with day-to-day banking needs and connect them with appropriate products and services.
