Job summary

Park City Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative for the Tomahawk branch, with training period in Merrill. You will warmly welcome members and assist with everyday financial transactions while delivering accurate, professional, and friendly service.

This role balances transactions with cash handling and member service, and requires identifying member needs to connect them with Credit Union products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of teller/member service/financial institution experience preferred.
• Courteous, professional, and positive member service attitude.
• Cash handling experience, basic math skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and balance daily work per procedures.
• Ability to promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and member service skills.
• Ability to handle member questions with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to use computer software and technology to assist members.
• Commitment to teamwork, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect information.
• Ability to work normal business hours, with weekend availability as needed.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and assist with everyday financial transactions with accurate, friendly service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Balance daily work and maintain accurate records; support branch operations.
• Identify member needs and connect members with Credit Union products, services, and financial solutions.
• Build long-term member relationships by creating a welcoming experience and supporting day-to-day banking needs.
• Follow Credit Union policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to branch goals and create positive member experiences.
• Promote branch promotions, member education, and service efforts to strengthen engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member, employee, and Credit Union information.
