Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years banking experience with strong product knowledge.
• 1 year of supervisory experience and ability to coach a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily activities of branch staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Greet members and assist with办理 new accounts and service requests.
• Identify member financial needs and promote suitable products and services.
• Build and maintain member relationships across the lifecycle and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, and security controls.
