Arise Financial in Hanover, MA is seeking a Member Experience Assistant Manager to help lead the daily branch operations and deliver exceptional service to our members. This role, reporting to the Branch Manager, offers an opportunity to grow into a leadership position within a community-focused credit union.

You will coach and develop branch staff, assist with balancing cash, audits, and cash controls, handle member transactions during peak periods, and help promote our products and services to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in financial services or banking.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities to identify member needs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and deliver exceptional member service.
• Assume Branch Manager responsibilities during absences or other duties.
• Coach, train, and develop branch team with ongoing feedback.
• Assist with work assignment, performance evaluations, and salary recommendations.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments during peak periods.
• Support weekend hours and flexibility to work at other branches; assist with audits and cash controls.
