Job summary

Tyndall Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Advisor to deliver outstanding member service, identify needs, and recommend products to strengthen relationships and loyalty. This role opens and closes accounts, processes deposits and loans, and ensures a seamless member experience.

We value a 1–3 year background, a high school diploma or GED, and strong interpersonal skills along with basic computer literacy. Join a family-oriented team at our Panama City Beach branch.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
• Ability to type, use computer and general office equipment including 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with needs related to products and services and cross-sell credit union offerings.
• Process member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Review loan applications, analyze documentation, and secure necessary loan approvals.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other regulatory programs.
