Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.

• Ability to type and use computer and basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with needs relating to products and services offered by the credit union; cross-sell all products and services; process requests including loans, account openings/closures, checks, stop payments, payroll authorizations, fund transfers, and card ordering.
• Receive and process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; post transactions; balance cash drawer; maintain confidentiality.
• Review loan applications; analyze documents to determine ratios and credit acceptability; secure documentation and disburse loans; explain postings to members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory programs (BSA/AML, CIP, OFAC); support other department personnel as needed.
