Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• Proven ability to handle routine financial transactions with accuracy.
• Familiarity with banking compliance and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers; posts to accounts with confidentiality.
• Reviews member accounts to refer credit union products and services; completes cross-sales.
• Assists with daily transaction reconciliation and cash handling; supports cash recyclers and vault as needed.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information on services; directs to appropriate departments.
• Ensures compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Customer Identification Program; supports team with duties.
