Northland Area FCU is seeking a Full Time Member Relationship Representative to serve as the face of the credit union at the Oscoda location, with floating support to the Harrisville location as needed.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent member service, accurate cash handling, and education on products to help members achieve financial success, in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or financial institutions is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with cash handling and sales is a plus.
