Job summary

Northland Area FCU is seeking a Full Time Member Relationship Representative at our Au Gres Branch in Michigan. You will be the face of the credit union, delivering exceptional service and handling daily transactions with accuracy while helping members achieve financial success.

You should be comfortable promoting products and educating members, with a friendly, professional demeanor and a drive to grow with the team. Previous credit union or financial service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in credit union, financial institution, cash handling, customer service or sales is preferred.
