GTE Financial is seeking a Member Relationship Officer in Tampa, FL to assess member needs, propose suitable products, and drive financial relationships. You will originate new members, build a pipeline, and maintain existing relationships while delivering excellent service.

Role requires effective negotiation, prospecting, and the ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines, including BSA and related acts. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in the financial industry or related field.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Originate new members through various sources to drive growth.
• Identify, recommend, and sell suitable GTE Financial products and services to build financial relationships.
• Greet members, collect information, and educate on products to provide one-point resolution.
• Assist in lead generation and maintain existing member relationships while delivering a strong member experience.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act and other regulatory requirements during sales and service duties.
