Job summary

GTE Financial seeks a Member Relationship Officer to assess member needs, recommend products, and grow relationships. You will generate leads, build pipelines, and close opportunities while delivering excellent member service.

In this role you will greet members, educate them on suitable products, and process loans with compliance to all regulatory standards. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in the financial industry or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate leads and build/maintain member relationships; provide great member experience.
• Greet members on the sales floor and direct them to appropriate areas; ensure needs are met.
• Process and close consumer loan products; gather information for processors and underwriters.
• Adhere to compliance, audit procedures, and security standards; identify potential fraud.
