Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial industry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial assessments and recommend suitable products/services to meet member goals.
• Originate new members and build relationships while ensuring great member experience.
• Assist in generating leads and referrals; manage member inquiries and close loans when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank/credit union policies and provide accurate, timely service.
