Responsibilities

• Engages with members to build relationships, identify financial needs and refer appropriate products and services.
• Performs financial transactions, processes savings and lending steps accurately and documents accordingly.
• Maintains daily cash drawer balance and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Promotes Credit Union offerings through outreach and proactive member engagement.
